After I login one or more of my domains are missing, what should I do?

If one or more of the domains that you own are not showing up in the My Domains section of your account, this is probably because the email addresses or passwords of the contacts (for the missing domains) do not match the credentials (email+password) you have logged in with. Please contact customer support if there are domains missing from your account.

Is it possible to hide some or all of my contacts details in the WHOIS?

Yes, you can hide all your contact details by adding WHOIS privacy to your domain name. When you choose our WHOIS Privacy Service to make your WHOIS information private, your personal contact information will be replaced by Digital Privacy Corporation’s information. This will stop all unwanted emails from spammers and advertisers, yet will keep you in touch with potential customers and partners! Our advanced email filtering system will recognize and stop spam, while forwarding legitimate emails and mail sent to you as the domain owner.

How long does it take to transfer my domain name to another registrar?

When you have initiated the domain transfer at the registrar that you want to move the domain name to, we will send an email to the registrant to inform you that we have received a request to transfer the domain name. Follow the instructions in the email to approve the transfer immediately, if you do not approve or cancel the transfer then it will auto approve after 5 days.

What do I need to transfer my domain name?

Before you transfer your domain name, you need to make sure your domain meets the following criteria:

  1. The domain name is more than 60 days old. If you’ve just purchased your domain name and it hasn’t been active for more than 60 days, then you’ll need to wait. Domains cannot be transferred until they’ve been with your current registrar for at least 60 days.
  2. The domain name is unlocked. Before your transfer, make sure your domain is unlocked.
  3. Your domain administration contact details are correct and up-to-date. You need to have access to your admin email associated with your domain, because this information may be used to obtain your authorization code to complete the transfer.
  4. Remove Private Registration. You also need to remove the Private Registration on the domain name before the transfer can take place, otherwise it will be rejected at the registry.
