Founded in 1997, the .SH domain registry is directed by its parent
company, the Internet
Computer Bureau PLC (ICB).
The ICB headquarters is located in Christchurch, England and also
has data centres in London, Tokyo, Melbourne, Seattle, San Francisco,
Zurich and Amsterdam.
Led by it's Chairman, Paul M. Kane, ICB operates a number of Country
Level Top Level Domain Name registry systems and also provides software,
routing and satellite services to Domain Name Registries, Government
telecommunication authorities and telecommunication companies around
the world.
